Let Excel 2007 to read out the contents of the cell

In Microsoft Office 2003 Excel, we can make it sound, of course, you can in Microsoft Office 2007 Excel , but also for some settings.
First, configure the system voice Properties
Open the Control Panel, find the voice, switch to the “Text to Speech” tab, select thevoice for the ”Microsoft Simplified Chinese” that is Simplified Chinese. You can alsoadjust the voice speed, click the ”Preview Voice” button to listen to select a differentpace, to achieve satisfactory results, click OK.
Second, set the Excel 2007
1, open Excel 2007, right-click the Office button in the upper left corner, select “Customize Quick Access Toolbar”, then open the Excel Options dialog box.
2, in the Options window, click the ”Choose commands from” drop-down list, click the “Not in the Ribbon’s commands” in the following list box, select ”Press Enter to readthe cell” and click ”Add ”button to the right list box. Click OK to exit the dialog box.
3, in the Quick Access Toolbar, just click on the plus button to be pressed in a state
